Restore the Public Library Fund

Governor Kasich is proposing in his 2016-2017 state budget to cut funding to 43 public library systems (including the London Public Library) through the elimination of its reimbursement program for Tangible Personal Property (TPP) taxes. Though the dollar amounts range from a few thousand to hundreds of thousands for different libraries across Ohio, the impact could touch our communities by decreased services.  Download this informational brief to get all of the details.

E-Book Service has moved to the Digital Download Consortium

The library has transferred its e-book service to the Digital Downloads Library Consortium. The only noticeable change will be the page that you log into to gain access, everything else will be the same.  You will still continue to get the same great selection and services but with less waiting periods and all of your previous holdings in the Ohio Ebook Project will be automatically transferred to the new consortium. If you have any questions or issues, please contact the library at 740-852-9543.
