INFOhio, Ohio’s PreK – 12 digital library, has digital resources available to help avoid the summer slide. “Beach Bags”, offered free to all Ohio families by INFOhio and the Ohio Department of Education, give parents an easy way to help children practice their reading skills while learning about a variety of subjects. Each beach bag has a suggested list of books and activities to explore things such as pets, police officers, weather, and more.

INFOhio also offers tips on Kindergarten Readiness, Moving to Middle School, Transition to High School, and Ready for College.
