Getting a Library Card

You may get a library card at the London Public Library with proof of address.
  1. Simply fill out an application in person at the Circulation Desk and you'll immediately be able to check out materials (with a limit of three items for first checkout).
A parent or legal guardian must register for a minor (anyone under 18).
 
If you have lost your library card, you can get a replacement for $2.00.
 
Use of this card indicates your willingness to accept responsibilty for items borrowed and fines incurred. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to provent fradulent use.  Parents and guardians are responsible for their youngsters' selection of materials.
